Chocolate Temptations! The name alone was enough to get my attention. Anyone who has stayed with us here at the Zeigler House Inn in Savannah, GA. knows I love chocolate. It's everywhere! Yesterday along with my fellow innkeepers, Diane and Teresa, I attended the 700 Kitchen Cooking School for the first time. Under the direction of Chef Darin Sehnert we made 4 scrumptious chocolate desserts and learned some of the finer points about chocolate.
The desserts were Chocolate-Almond Truffles, Chocolate Fig Bundles, Chocolate Tortes Dressed in Berries and my personal favorite, Chocolate Pots de Creme. Yummy! I have always loved this particular recipe but hadn't make it in a long time. What was I thinking? Wow, I can't wait to make it again. Guess what's for dessert tonight?
